Meet The Team

Kim and Richard are the founders of Simactors with a working relationship in Simulation of over 15 years.

Whilst growing their team and developing the company, they are committed to remaining active players in simulation. They continue to provide a hands-on approach to their work.

They pride themselves on continuing to put students at the forefront of service delivery. When told that Simactors has had a direct impact on their practice, they couldn't be happier.

Kim Eyles

Managing Director

Kim is dedicated to simulation and has an eye for detail. She is responsible for the commercial and financial side of the business. After working in Theatre, TV, and Film for nearly 15 years she decided to focus on Simactors and believes that this company offers that special experience.

Working under pressure doesn't phase Kimberley, after training as an aerialist, which she then went on to perform at The London 2012 Olympics Opening Ceremony. Kim now lives in Bristol with her husband, 3 young children and a white fluffy dog.

She always had great admiration for anyone working within the medical sector and ran the marathon in 2016, where she raised nearly £4,000 for Evelina Children's Hospital. Kim and her husband batch cooked for the NHS staff in Bath and Bristol during the lockdowns.

Her passion for healthcare education and helping others is as strong as her friendly and approachable demeanor. Kerry enjoys travelling/holidays with her family. When she's not being a Sim-admin Guru, she can mostly be found being a Supermum to her son.

The Simactors ‘community’ is made up of an experienced team of expert role play Actors and Facilitators. We know each actor personally. They are all passionate, caring, and enjoy how we work.

Our Actors are invested in the work they carry out and love watching students develop their self-confidence during simulation. It’s all worth it for those ‘lightbulb moments.’ They all believe in it creating a safe and supportive environment, where mistakes are allowed.

Our SimTeam are your biggest fans. Cheering each student on to do their best.
